Mt. Hood Oregon Resort is in the foothills of Mt. Hood nestled into the village of Welches, Oregon. The Resort has many departments ranging from Front Desk to Golf Maintenance and many in between. Multiple job openings are available and we encourage you to submit an application.

A Line Cook is in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work. They use specialized kitchen tools to prepare essential ingredients and create a finished product for restaurants.

A Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of the Resort’s general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests. Their duties include but are not limited to cleaning floors, making beds and dusting surfaces throughout the Resort.

Ensure customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Bartender/Servers work in the front of the business serving customers, taking orders, presenting food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. All staff crosstrained to serve in the restaurants and group events.

A facility maintenance worker is responsible for maintaining areas that include rooms, hallways, parking lots, landscape, and sidewalks; he or she also oversees a business's essential assets, including swimming pool, security alarm systems, HVAC units, plumbing system, machinery, and electrical and lighting systems.

The basic purpose of the position is to prepare all function rooms according to established standards of quality.  Set-up persons are charged with the responsibility of setting-up all meeting and food functions throughout the Resort.  This includes setting tables, chairs, stages, audio-visual and anything else needed to meet the requirements of the guests or organizations using the rooms
