The Mt. Hood Oregon Resort has over 18,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that combines function with comfort, convenience with ease, and a unique experience you'll be talking about for years.

Thirteen conference and banquet rooms are in the Main Lodge and the East Side Complex. For more intimate events, hospitality suites and spaces designed for small groups are available throughout the resort grounds. Whether you’re planning a small meeting or a larger conference, our resort staff can design a fully tailored package to meet your needs.

In nearly all our event venues, our stunning natural surroundings offer a dramatic backdrop with expansive windows overlooking lush evergreen forests and majestic mountain foothills. Additionally, our array of outdoor areas provides picture-perfect settings for meetings, receptions and banquets. 

Lakeside Pavilion

The Lakeside Pavilion, which accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated dinner, offers the complete outdoor package for your wedding, with the peace of mind of an indoor reception. 

Pine Cone Bluff

The Pine Cone Bluff is a gorgeous manicured lawn, overlooking the Cascade Mountains. Framed perfectly by Hunchback & Zig Zag Mountains, the Bluff can accommodate up to 250 guests for a wedding ceremony.

Cascade Ballroom

The Cascade Ballroom, with over 6,700 square feet  offers the perfect location for your indoor reception. 

Osprey

Located in the back of Altitude restaurant, Osprey is 668 Sq Ft of usable space for your group.

The Trees

Located in the main lodge, the Trees offer a diverse space with over 1,700 Sq Ft of usable space.

Foliage

Foliage is a modest 1,250 sq ft with enough room to host up to 100 guests.

Mallards Arcade

Mallards Arcade is 459 sq ft and has many classic arcade games, pinball, and air hockey. It is next door to our pool table and ping pong table, with access to Mallards Cafe and Pub. 

The Trails

The Trails is approximately 3,000 sq ft of usable space able to host up to 400 people.
